Shipping Policy

Shipping

We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 10-20 days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

Estimated Delivery

USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 2 days of ordering.  

International Shipping

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
The customer pays all shipping, insurance and customs fees, and assumes responsibility for any lost shipments to countries that don’t allow us to insure shipments within their borders.

Damaged Items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not as described. We do not offer any refund orders for buyer’s remorse. 

If your items is defective, damaged or not as described, please send us an email at info@koonerhomes.com along with pictures of the item. At your discretion, we will either send you out a replacement or issue you a full refund where not possible.

Lost Shipment

It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered.

Order never arrived

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at info@koonerhomes.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
